For what I paid for these chairs, I wouldn't complain about them. They look chic, they are compact, and even though the coloring was off it fits well with our place. However, there is assembly required and not all the parts were there for assembly, but the missing pieces (Washers and a Bolt) are easily to attain at a hardware store. The silver knobs look great, but they came spotted so it wasn't as smooth and shiny as I thought it would be. Not to mention, the covers are a true linen. So linen isn't smooth and has various colors weaved into it, so expect that too. All in all, I"m happy with the product because of the price I paid, its a good value, and the chairs do look chic. But again, don't expect a perfect product.
- How did the color on site compare with the actual product? Its much darker than what shows on the pictures. In the pictures it looks off-white, almost a super light oatmeal color. However in person, they are a light tan, the color of burlap almost.
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. For what you pay, its a good product, but by no means is the product perfect. The silver knobs hanging from the back of the chair look chic from a distant, but come spotted. The screws to assembel the legs of the chair, aren't always complete (I had to buy parts).
- How accurate was the on site description of the product? Somewhat
