Excellent product. This phone headset is wonderful. It is even more comfortable than the old corded phone receivers. It is large and bulky but is composed of a smooth, soft, light molded plastic. The sound is super clear and it fits really well as a shoulder cradle. I have two, one for home and one for work in bold colors. I can't recommend this product enough.
