Although I love this couch, i recognize it is not for everyone. If your tastes run very conservative, then do not buy this couch. However, if you love Anthropologie or Urban Outfitters, then you will love this couch! It is very very comfortable. My husband loves doing his homework on it. It did have an odor when first arrived (super new couch smell), but a month out of the box and it is all gone. The blue is more of a combination of blue, tan and white, like an old suit. It is really great. The pillows are firm, they won't sag in any time soon. Ant the black piping is really cool.
