This was my first time with overstock and it was a horrible experience. I order 4 different shoes and i received 3 of them and the fourth one they sent was wrong. I called to tell them and was told to ship it back and when they received it they would ship out the correct pair. I called a week later and the lady told me that they just received the shoes back but they are sorry to say that the lady i originally talked to never held my correct pair and they sold out, so they couldnt ship me the correct pair. We order the boots for a show and were upset by this. When i asked the lady how it happened and what to do about it her response was im sorry but i can give you the model number and you should google it maybe you can find it that way.. Due to error on your customer service end twice i was denied the boots for the show and left with no means beside google. As a business owner this is a horrible way to conduct business on top of it telling a client to go else where after it being your mistake not the customer. We bend over backwards for our customers and never would say oh well google it. My business of 10 employees and over 100 students work together and i feel the bar was dropped by customer service. I will not be returning my business due to how i was treated.
