These towels were soft as many reviewers had stated, however, I found them to be much thinner and less absorbant than was stated in some reviews. This is my first review of a product so I had to be disappointed to take time to write this. Overstock customer service was very quick to respond to my conserns and I will shop with them again, just not in the towel department.
