I am newer to Overstock but I have never had a problem with anything I have purchased. I ordered 2 of these shades along with one larger one that matched. All three were the exact size as stated and fit perfectly into the windows. Now I do need to mention, if its light outside you can see through these shades so they aren't going to block out the light completely. Think more like a sheer curtain panel, I didn't realize this when I purchased them so I'm glad I ordered some curtains to go with. They open and close very easily (unlike cheaper blinds that I have purchased.) I can tell these shades will last a long time. Also, my two year old and the cat leave these shades alone, unlike regular mini blinds that they can destroy in a matter of minutes.
