UPS was a pain, but when I finally got the mattress. It was super wrapped up. It about 2 to completely reinflate. I didn't get much of a smell beyond a plasticy one that went away fairly quickly. So far It's prolly the most comfortable mattress I've ever owned. Definitely worth my money.
