I'm very happy with this purchase. The box was a little larger than I expected based on other reviews. No problems with the height or width. I followed the instructions provided. Open package within 72 hours of receipt, stay off until it fully expands 24-48 hours and temp about 70 degrees. No problems. It does have a firm base but the top is soft and you sink right in. When you get up it fluffs right back up. Very comfortable mattress. Already thinking of buying another for my daughter.
