I ordered this item last week. GOOD: Delivery was very prompt. Received it yesterday. Definitely a quality piece of equipment as home equipment goes. Very satisified with the actual product. Worth the money. NOT SO GOOD: The picture on the box was correct but when we opened it up, the assembly-instruction booklet for the many, many pieces was for an entirely DIFFERENT piece of equipment. When reading over reviews before my purchase, I noticed that another customer complained about a similar problem so you'd think someone would get the hint to talk to the supplier. The description on the website is ALSO not clear on the fact that it has to be assembled. The website mentions TWO weight plates which were ALSO not included. You see them in the picture and in the description but they weren't in the box. I called Customer Service. The rep was very nice and said that she'd submit a form and I'd hear back from someone within 2 days' time about the problem. Not the response I was looking for but if that's their policy, it is what it is. I didn't really want to wait 'another 2 days to hear back'. I simply wanted the missing booklet and weight plates sent out to me as soon as possible. Ultimately, my husband put it together based on the picuture on the website. We seem to have a few small extra pieces (smile) but it works as indicated and is a good, solid piece of equipment. We used weights from our other work-out equipment and we're happy with the machine. i hope Overstock gets this 'wrong booklet and missing plates' issue figured out for future customers.
- How accurate was the sizing? Good
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. QUALITY OF PRODUCT ITSELF IS GREAT FOR HOME EQUIPMENT
- Was the product free of any manufacturer defects? DOES NOT INCLUDING THE ASSEMBLY DIRECTIONS AND WEIGHT PLATES COUNT AS A DEFECT?
