I will give this as a gift on every possible occasion. This is the 'end-all' book on healthy eating. Lose the many pounds on the bookshelf and put this one book in their place. Common sense eating with the proper preparation techniques explained, accompanied by ancient wisdom and the facts to back it up. I even give it 5 stars for entertainment value as it is an enjoyable read that will leave you laughing (and crying) at the politics that govern our food choices.
