I've already recommend this book to several people and will continue to do so. It is chock full of good recipes and wonderful information on healthy nutrition. Before purchasing this book I checked with my ND and his office told me that they recommended this book and agreed with it's nutritional teaching so there is plenty of science to back it up. If you are serious about getting or staying healthy through your diet and making major changes to how you eat, this book will help you accomplish that.
