If there is one book that is a must have in a kitchen, this is it. I loved the section in the beginning about the different nutrients and their sources, and what a body really needs to function. Along with great recipes for every occasion there is a multitude of information about ingredients in each recipe. I not only learned how to prepare food in a healthy way, I learned a lot about the sources of nutrition in our foods. A must have for every kitchen!!!
