To the previous reviewer from Florida. Don't be too upset. Many people associate "grey market" with illegal. That is far from the truth in the camera market. Grey Market cameras are sold by even the largest pro photo shops. They are exactly the same as the official USA import. Gray market cameras are imported through foreign distributors. Since they bypass the US distributor there often is a savings to the buyer. The US distributor--despite getting the best prices due to quantity purchase power--mark up selling prices due to advertising and warranty service. Many legitimate camera stores offer a choice of US and Gray Market and provide buyers of gray market cameras with a in- store warranty. (Gray market warranties are actually honored outside the USA which of course is not practical.) As of now, two of the largest camera shops in the USA are selling the USA Warranty Nikon D7000 for $996 after rebate. Although you are right that overstock.com should have made it absolutely clear that the camera in question was grey market, it sounds like you got a nice deal so enjoy your camera and don't worry about.
