First off, I fell in love with the look of this ring. It was everything I was looking for: simple, inexpensive but with a high quality look. However, the first one I ordered lost 2 stones within 1 month. I exchanged it for the same ring thinking this one must have simply been defective. Once again, just one month after receiving a brand new replacement, it lost yet another stone. Now, this was the engagement ring for my future wife. Imagine the horror of having her tell me the second time a stone was gone. As if the first time wasn't horrifying enough! Now just 3 weeks shy of our wedding, Overstock doesn't have the ring in stock, therefore, they cannot replace it. Their solution is to send it into their "repair" facility where it'll take 7-10 business days to repair it, not including the 3-5 business days it takes to get to and from their "repair" facility. Not only has this product been an embarrassment but there is a chance I may not even have a wedding band in time for my wedding. Needless to say, I will not be ordering any more jewelry from the Miadora line. O.co has been accommodating to a certain extent. However, my purchases with them will be very limited in the future.
