Not only is a great substitute for the island that my kitchen lacked, but it's also a great cabinet as well. My wife and i store our dishes and pots in this island/cart/cabinet. We also move it into the center of the kitchen when we cook for the holidays and weekends, makes it easy to chop vegetables and season items for cooking. Great product all around.
