Highly dissapointed, I hope they take it back. It was an expensive item and am not looking forward to re-packing and hauling to UPS as it weighs quite a lot.

• Please tell us about the quality of the product. The item arrived damaged. I took it out of the box to hang and the internal hinge screws were snapped in half. The wood was damaged as well.
• Was the product free of any manufacturer defects? Broken screws and damaged wood. The wood that was damaged was actually INSIDE the armoire, not due to shipping!
