I was so excited to get this ring to use as a wedding ring for my fiance. He has allergies to nearly all metal so a ceramic ring was exactly what we needed. After nights and nights of searching, we found and fell in love with this ring and ordered it. I checked the tracking number twice a day and was so excited to see it only took three days to get to the nearest large city to where i live, only two hours away. I guess ups transferred it to the post office there, and it was never seen again. On the very last "projected delivery date" i contacted o.co in chat. The lady was polite and used generic empathy statements that all call centers have memorized to give you that false sense of security. They PROMISED me that it would be here the very next day and not to worry, no problem. The next day comes and goes...no ring as well as the next. Then i contacted o.co again, using chat, and this rep must have had a big list of generic stuff he says every session, it was obvious. He threw processing and shipping times at me (that were verrrrrrry much long gone...)and assured me that it was in route. After much prodding, he told me a replacement could be sent only after 4 days of searching for the first one. He also said he would send an email with the information from our session as well as a number for the internal tracking. All the email said, was he resolved my problem, which he obviously didn't----no ring. I didn't understand the email so the very next day(after no ring no real answer) i tried to use the chat again. Again i was told that it was in route and this person acted like he had no idea about any internal tracking and he PROMISED me he would set up the tracking again, and that it would take three days,on the third day he would send the replacement overnight. On the third day i got an email saying they never found the first ring but there was no info about a replacement. I told every person i spoke with that they really needed to get to the bottom of this problem because it was getting closer and closer to my wedding date. It took me three dresses to know what i want but my ole' man took months and months to find his ring. I told the 3rd chat rep that i was really starting to get upset because we were running out of time she PROMISED me that my ring would be here on time. She gave me an exact delivery date and everything. That "projected delivery" night at 7:30 when i realized it wasn't going to show up, I decided it was time to actually talk to a real person and maybe some one would actually listen to me. The rep looked at all of the conversations i had with all the chat reps and she also recognized all of the holes and PROMISES. She didn't try the lame empathy statements on me, and got me directly to a manager. He told me that some where along the way (either in packing or shipping or something) my replacement wasn't sent overnight it was sent in the regular mail. He was very polite and honest and without him i would be using my dads wedding ring for the ceremony. He told me he would do his best to get it here on time they only had two days to make sure it was here. He and another supervisor planed and made sure the third ring was sent out overnight, and i got it this morning. my flight leaves in about an hour. Talk about cutting it close. I have been so stressed i cried and im not a crier! I will never ever eeeevvvveerrrr use o.co again and i will never ever recommend them to anyone. Every single person who has asked how its going with planning, i told my hand made dress that was made in china arrived before a ring shipped from Utah. If you don't mind stress, and being lied to, just make sure you order your item at least 2 months before you need it! and pray it gets to you. DO NOT use the chat, they are 100% worthless. Call and maybe you can get something done before you go crazy.
