I installed this faucet on my kitchen sink about a week ago and it performs as expected. The cost is about half or more off the MSRP. The installation was simple: remove the old faucet, insert the new faucet into the kitchen sink hole (if more than one see below), secure faucet following instructions, attach cold and hot water supply to cold and hot water hoses in faucet and you are done (make sure you stop the water flow before you disconnect any hoses). If you have an older kitchen sink with more than one faucet hole (e.g. for sinks that have a faucet, cold and hot water in the same hole) you can buy a "sink cap" for your sink at your local hardware store (home depot about $3). The hoses to attach to the hot/cold water in my apartment were a bit too far away for the length of the faucet hoses. In addition, the nuts on the faucet hoses did not match the size of the receptacles on the water supply faucets. I therefore purchased a couple of hoses that could adapt the hose on the faucet to the hose under the sink (about $2 each, I think, also at home depot). This is pretty common with specialized faucets though so expect this. Overall I am very pleased with the purchase and it was a simple and fun home improvement project.
