This is a great faucet, and one which I highly recommend. I'm an intermediate do-it-yourself'er, and this was one of the easier installations I've done. Any difficulty in installing was due to my deep sinks which make it quite an exercise to contort under my sink to make the tightening fittings. The only setback was that the instructions don't inform which supply line to hook up the hot and cold water supplies to - but after reading a post on this faucet, I read what I should have thought of myself - to adjust the faucet knob to cold or hot and then blow into the supply line to determine which was which. That was an immediate answer. The faucet is well designed, beautiful, and one which me and my wife have enjoyed transitioning to over these past few days. My granite countertops had already had two holes drilled for our previous faucet and separate control handle - so an easy fix was to purchase the air-activated disposal switch (also from Overstock) which matches the finish of the faucet - and makes for easy switching on and off of the disposal right from the countertop via an air-activated push button that activates a power unit below in the cabinet where the disposal plugs into the wall. For others with this issue, or simply looking for a safe way (no wet hands on an electrical switch) to turn on the disposal - do a search on Overstock for these disposal switches. I highly recommend both.
