I have several of Jillian Michaels workout DVDs. I love all of them. This one is a bit fast paced for me and it hard to keep up with the jab/cross/upercut/cross/front kick/back kick/jab combo (or something like that). I have never done kickboxing before and this one is really fast paced. I have taken the tutorial 3x and I think I have all of the moves down, but when it comes to the fast past of her workout, it is a bit hard to keep up. I like that she's shaking it up with a new DVD, but I will need alot more time to become a pro at this DVD.
