We just received this rug and are very pleased. The colors are earthier and maybe darker than they appear in some of the pictures. Definitely subdued shades (not bright or light). As my kids said, the rug feels nice underfoot. One plus for us, with 4 kids, these colors and design will hide dirty foot traffic--important since this is in our well-used family room.
