Fantastic rug for the price. Nice and soft. The background color is something in between "rust" and "wine." Perhaps with brighter lighting that orange color would stand out more. The background color of the border is fairly dark (darker than I might have guessed based on the description being "cream"). A previous poster said this looks great with dark furniture, and I second that.
