Looks like the picture it is a little thinner...the pile is not as high as I am used to on these kinds of rugs but it is perfect for the space... And the price. I would order again. It does leave some wool dust bunnies but I am used to that with wool rugs...it also fills my bag..but it is worth it for the price and look and quality in a wool rug. I have hardly ever purchased a new wool rug and not have the vacuum issue. I can understand why it bugs people but I am okay with it..but i vacuum like every other day anyway...I am a neat freak and have a cat and dog.
