So I did my homework, read all the previous reviews and all I can say is that this must be a 50/50 item. Some people loved it, but as with other reviewers my experience was a disaster. Is it nice to look at?...Yes. The ONLY reason it got 2 stars. In terms of non-stop frustration it gets 5 stars. Now if you find your Zen vacuuming, this rugs for you...I however don't want to vacuum every day a 5x8 rectangle. It sheds non-stop. And when I say it sheds there is a sheen of white fiber all over my house. i even found it in the cuffs of my jeans. Each time I vacuum it completely fills up my vac canister and I have to empty it. Literally the vacuum got clogged by fibers all the way into the hose the first time. Additionally, I find the blue part of the rug snags really easy. A quick fix if you just cut the loop...however I wonder if I'll have bald rug when I'm done. I have cats and it's bad enough sweeping up cat hair but this rug is worse. Even when your done vacuuming you can still see stray fibers everywhere. I have had the rug for 2 weeks and minimal improvement. If you like to gamble then take your chances. I however would have rather spent the money on a trip to Vegas. Good Luck
