One of the main reasons I purchased this topper was because of the egg shell pattern featured on the opposite side. I have slept on one of these in the past & they are super comfortable. The topper that arrived was completely flat on both sides. I would have returned the item but it would have been impossible to get it back in the box. Very disappointed,
