Have had this rug in my dining room for 38 months. Small stains are easy to remove with a solution of Woolite, toothbrush and blotting with a paper towel. Pile is very resistant to crushing. The rug has been rotated once. Crushing by heavy dining room table legs is easy to solve: The pile can be “sprayed” with a steam iron, and pulled-up with a plastic hair brush. One corner faces the hall entry and has a minor problem with curling. I have replaced double-backed sticky squares on that corner (hardwood floor) about 3 times. Very simple and long lasting fix. An inexpensive waffle-wave pad between the rug and hardwood floor works well: no slipping or sliding. In summary: all rugs look good when first installed. This rug, with more than 3 years of use, looks almost as good as the day that I first brought it home from the store. Highly recommended.
