I am writing the review on the service from Overstock, and not the beds. When I recieved them, I laid them on the floor and the dogs immediately climbed in. I realized then, that I had not received the sherpa lining as described. I sent an e-mail telling that I had not received the "Plush orthopedic, removable, washable sherpa lining". They replied immediately, and then followed up with an e-mail stating that the parts department informed them that the descriprion on the website and the beds themselves are different. She then offered me a full refund and paid shipping for their error, even though the dogs had already laid in them. They also gave me a store credit, took the full blame, and deeply apologized. I thought the customer service was awesome!!!!!
- How did the image on site compare with the actual product? Not the same, although the picture now is the same as what I received
- How accurate was the on site description of the product? Not the same, it said they had removable sherpa lining, which they did not.
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. The product quality was good, but not what I thought I was getting
