This unit works fine with only one glitch. The brush roller makes a loud vibrating sound when using it on bare floors. Need to figure out what is causing that problem and will need to contact Dyson to solve the problem. No complaints otherwise. Love Dysons.

• Please tell us about the quality of the product. I own an upright Dyson animal as well. This cannister as well as the upright animal version but then realized I needed the canister version to get into allow me to get into shallow vertical spaces like under the bed.. where the dogs usually sleep.
