on receipt of original duvet cover, zipper didn't work. problem reported, response timely and without question however, replacement, while zipper worked on arrival, after washing and placing on bed, zipper separated , unable to close, then zipper head came off. At this point, not interested in further replacement, will make do however, dissatisfied with quality.
