I sent the bag to a friend, so I did not see it. She said that the the shoulder strap was not long enough for her to wear it on her shoulder across her chest. (She is a big girl.) She said that she could use it as a fanny pack which surprised me.I was not able to mail it to a post office box, so I had to mail it to her house. Fortunately, she was home and was able to get it before anyone could steal it. It arrived in a timely fashion. Price and postage were very reasonable.
