I bought this for raising my legs for circulation problems. The description said it was good for the head or legs. The wedge wouldn't stay put - it slides, and ended up off the bottom of the bed. If a bed had a footboard, perhaps this would stop the wedge from sliding off. I had seen wooden/plastic wedges to go between the mattress and box springs, so I tried that idea. It works much better, but still slides beyond the mattresses somewhat and has to be re-adjusted daily. This should be advertised as a head wedge rather than a foot/leg wedge.
