I have bought several mattress toppers through Overstock in the past, pillows too. I know what memory foam is supposed to feel like. Something was horribly wrong with this foam. No memory retention whatsoever. It actually hurt my back. It seemed to have possibly been defective foam. The pillows hurt my neck. Too bad. The price seemed great, but not worth it.
