Good instructions, nice shape and great size for family of 5 plus room to spare. We even set up a pack and play, queen mattress and could stand comfortably in the tent. Because it is so big and the nylon is kind of thin, I'm not sure how it would hold up in extreme weather, but it is good for simple family camp outs. The zipper was very easy to zip quickly all the way around the bottom, instead of two separate zippers like on some tents. We are happy with our purchase.
