This cabinet was delivered with crushed and cracked pieces. I cringed at the thought of having to repack it and return so I called Customer Service. I got a bit of a run-around with "I have to call the Pieces Department to have them send you another 2 pieces and they might not call back until later this week. They can decide if they will ship the pieces,..." etc. It was frustrating. The box sat, untouched, for a week. They delivered the replacement pieces but there is a gap between 2 pieces that is obvious. I don't have the energy to ship it back, so I am keeping it. But I am a bit disappointed.
