I am a loyal Overstock customer. However, this was a very disappointing item. I already have a chinese silk comforter (purchased on O.co) and wanted a second one for my second bedroom. This one comes no where near the thickness and warmth of my first comforter and it was twice the price. There was also several pieces of human hair on the comforter when we opened it. Couldn't be ours since neither one of us has straight black hair. The piece definitely looked used and the fabric looked aged in some areas and not as white. This is definitely being returned.

As the manufacturer, I can assure you if a person's hair was actually folded up in the comforter during packaging, this was a first occurrence and steps have been taken at the factory to make sure this does not happen again. With hand made products and hand packaging, these things can happen but it certainly does not make the comforter defective, and hair nets worn in the packaging department should eliminate this if in fact a hair was found in one of our comforter bags.
