I ordered two for my husband's 'man cave' down in the newly remodeled basement. He likes them since they block out most of the light and they are a nice neutral color. UPS delivered them on a rainy morning and left them in a place where they sat out in the rain all day. When I got home and opened them, one was soaked inside the box and one was just slightly wet. When they dried out, the soaked one had waterstained streaks but the other one dried out without streaks. I called O Customer service and they immediately sent out a new one to replace the ruined one since it was a packaging issue (although UPS got an earful from me also!). I used the ruined one as a patio doormat over the summer before I had to throw it away.
