What's frustrating? Paying $$$ for a flat iron that ceases to heat beyond lukewarm but months after you purchase it. I don't know if it was a glitch and I got a bad egg, but I guess I'll just go back to my $20 Remington that works eight years later. The advantage? Long cord. The rest I'll never know because it doesn't work any more and I cannot remember if it was ever that good. Why, yes, I am a little bitter.
