Have had this a few months now, actually. Took a little getting used to; but we now fight over who gets it. Has excellent massage, and yes, the massage is a tad noisy at times. The ottoman also massages; a nice feature. You do need to sit close to a plug for the features, and no, it's not a $1000 chair, but my husband and I are very happy with it for the money; it seems to be holding up very well and our animals all sit in it, too - the cats especially love the massage.
