• Please tell us about the quality of the product. upright is spot welded to base. I had to have it rewelded twice. finally repaced tube altogether. Rusts terribly. primed and repainted to stop that. base is of ok weight for upright umbrella use only, but diameter is too small, allows umbrella to topple if tilted.
