The backpack is wonderful with plenty of compartments for school stuff. Unfortunately, the retractable handle broke from the backpack making it no longer usable as a roller bag. The bag was used for two months with normal elementary school wear and tear before the handle dislodged. I am working with the CalPak folks to have the backpack replaced. Check the warranty before purchasing!
