I am extremely happy with this purchase. I am not very computer saavy, yet I had this printer fully operational, in about 2 hours. The only problem I had was installation of the scanning capabilities where I consistently got a diagnostic that the installation was not successful. However, the scanning feature worked. I called custormer support and they told me sometimes the diagnostic feature does not work properly. Custormer support worked with me to check my computer settings to ensure that the scanning program was indeed properly and fully installed. I was worried about my ability to get the network features of this printer working properly, but it was a breeze. Instructions are thorough and clear. Although I have only once computer, I can now print from my laptop anywhere in my house.
