Not as nice as expected wood was cracked but may have happened in shipment but was well packed

• How did the color on site compare with the actual product? looked the same
• Please tell us about the quality of the product. some of the wood was cracked
• How accurate was the on site description of the product? doesn't really heat the room as well as expected
