The subwoofer arrived in great shape very quickly. Set up was not so smooth, I had a bad cable! A quick call to customer service, (late in the day Pacific TIme) resulted in a call back the next morning. Once we figured out what it was, and the correct setting on my Onkyo reciever, we had booming bass! I have it in the automatic mode, and it works great at low levels, high levels, and in between. I have tried all my sources with it, HDTV, DVD, CD, etc. and am completely satisfied.
