I was a bit disappointed to find that the best of TNG only included four episodes. The sound and picture quality is quite good, but I did find that if you played an episode multiple times, it would pixellate and hold on one image, eventually. I also was not thrilled that there was about 15-20 minutes of promotionals on the disk - some 'upcoming' Star Trek features (somewhat outdated) and, unbelievably, commercials for a host of old CBS shows that are no longer even on the air. If I tried to skip the promotional, I got an error message and I had to let them run through (using the TV to DVD function!) before I could watch the episodes I had paid for. I thought this was a bit much for a video product that I had paid for (e.g. it's not free on HULU!).
