I received the item and opened it - as I understand that foam pads need some time to get to their size I left it open for 6 hours. The thickness is simply insulting - less than 1/4 of an inch. The pattern on the foam pad was also not according to the product's image on the website; thus I assumed due to such contrast on the product description and the product i received, that this could have been a wrong item sent. Go in touch with Overstock and explained the situation. They told me they would investigate and send the correct item. I sent the item back and received a new one in about a week. Surprise..surprise...the item was exactly the same as I received on my first shipment. Once more I got in touch with Overstock and mentioned I felt insulted because the product is horrible and because they never even checked it before sending a replacement item. Now I was asked to send the item back once again and only when they received my item would they provide me with a refund. An important note here - Overstock costumer service never acknowledged the mistake they made or apologized for the inconvenience caused. This is something every client should be aware of when buying from Overstock - I'd definitely prefer to pay a couple extra dollars and get good costumer service from somewhere else - and I'm pretty sure that somewhere else the product description would match the product you get - the item I was sent and the way Overstock handled this situation is unacceptable for any client. In an economy like this you'd imagine a company would make every possible effort not to lose a client - not the case with Overstock.
