I never knew these existed before so I'm really glad I found these before purchasing any other regular curtain rods. I have high ceilings and large windows with eastern exposure so the early morning sun floods into my aparmtent at 5:00AM. It was important find anything that would help block out as much sunlight as possible while attempting to be as frugal as possible (full-time student). These are decently priced and highly functional.
