We set up Christmas day, but kids still can not use it because of where we live. I should have set it up inside the pole barn because it's cold in there, but the weather wouldn't keep messing it up. It has snowed and the wind hits it which creats huge bumps in the ice. Really big bumps, I'm not being picky. So now I have to bring water out to it again and try to smooth it back down. If I had set up in a little more protected area I bet it would be lots of fun. It's just alot of work for mom to try to keep it in the right shape to be able to skate on. The durability seems great. It's been really cold here with wind and snow and it still looks likes it holding up well. So if you purchase, try to set up in a little more sheltered area than in the country where the cold winds blow hard.
