The padding in this diaper is a bit low. It doesnt hold a very large bowel movement. But it mananges for daytime use. I wouldnt wear this at night mainly because the lack of leak guards. I use this diaper for daytime use mainly. I'm an active 24yr old that needs something that won't fall apart. The other issue is that i overlook for the most part is the Micro-Pore lining. It wicks moisture very very well away from the skin making you always fee dry, but when warm outside it will stick to your skin also. Overall I love this for daytime use!
