I've had these pans for awhile now, and there awesome. I realized that, when my husband and me started biscuits and gravey in the large stock pot. Realizing we didn't have all the ingredients, we had to make a store run. An hour later we got back, the house was full of smoke, we left the pot on the stove. Thinking that the pan was ruined, we let it cool down, and just wiped it out. The burnt material came right out. I said then these are great pans. Since I've had them so long now. I would like to say, there are no scratches, and stilll look brands new. Did I mention that they are easy to clean up too.
