There are good advice and techniques but the problem stems from remembering to use them. In anger management, the techniques should be like second nature otherwise it is rendered useless. I therefore recommend a therapist for constant technique reinforcement and to talk about where the anger is stemming from. The aforementioned negatives are of no fault of the author.
